Stdlib

X07 includes a small stdlib for:

• bytes/views
• parsing/formatting
• deterministic collections
• deterministic PRNG
• I/O traits (so fixture and OS adapters share a surface)

The stdlib should remain:

• stable,
• small,
• canonical.

Larger features belong in external packages.
